Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a vendor at this year’s Just for Her “A Weekend for Women” event! We are so excited to be back and are again looking for incredible, unique, innovative and inspiring vendors who offer products and services related to all things female!
WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:
* DATES: Saturday May 5th & Sunday May 6th.
* TIMES: Saturday, May 5th will be a Sneak A Peak Shop running from 4:00pm-8pm. This will be an 18+, ticketed, shopping experience with guests receiving a glass of champagne upon entry, hand served canapés throughout the evening and musical entertainment. We are truly going to create a “Ladies Night Out” experience for our shoppers and encourage you to have some fun with it as well!
Sunday, May 6th will be an all age, open to the public shopping experience from 10:00am – 4:00pm with donations being collected in lieu of admission.
* LOCATION: AppleCreek Golf Course – 11064 TWP Road 275, Airdrie, AB
* ATTENDANCE: The anticipated attendance for this event is 1000 - 1500 adults people with the primary target demographic is local women aged 25-45.
* Our advertising WILL include but is not limited to:

* Table and 2 folding chairs. FYI: Booth depth is 6’ (incl. table depth). Booth length varies depending on vendor selection. To ensure maximum exposure for all vendors, placement within venue is at the discretion of SvB Events. You will receive a Floor Plan with your booth location one week prior to the event however we reserve the right to make changes right up until the day of the event.
* Recognition and visibility on the event website at www.svbevents.com/justforher AND/OR www.justforher.ca.
* Vendor Spotlight on our promotional material and social media pages as we see fit.

This show is open to any and all vendors who have products and services for Women and Girls. It is a 2-day show, commitment and vendor attendance for both days is required.

This will be a semi-curated event to ensure we are highlighting the most creative, unique and incredible vendors thereby creating the most amazing shopping experience for our guests. And as always, we welcome our MLM vendors.
After you click SUBMIT, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your registration.
Our team will review your submission and send a follow up email by February 19th containing an Invoice and payment instructions. Payment must be paid in FULL within 72 hours to secure your Vendor spot.
